Peter BONIN
is a research assistant at the Mannheim Center for European Social Research and work on Russian policies towards the Balkan region. As he informed us, he will soon change his field of occupation with Southeastern Europe and start a job at the 'West-Balkan' department of German national agency for technical cooperation, so he will switch to the more practical side of the issue.
